On 8 April 2025, in France, the Interministerial Mission of Vigilance and Combat against Sectarian Aberrations, Miviludes, gave its opinion on PRK-1U in its business report 2022-2024.

We would like to shed some light here on the Miviludes opinion on PRK-1U.
The aim is not to polemicise, but to explain what PRK-1U technology really is by clarifying the context, applications and general principles of the device's actions.
Putting the main Miviludes opinions on PRK-1U into context

PRK-1U technology is based on these mechanisms, in particular to capture the bio-signals of human thought, amplify them and return them to the user. However, there is no question of claiming that the PRK-1U "takes care of or "heals in the medical sense of the term.

"A diversion of care pathways and a system of beliefs such as curing serious illnesses by following numbers."
1. PRK-1U is not intended to divert patients from medical care.
It is essential to make it clear that Grigori Grabovoi's science is complementary to, and not exclusive of, conventional medical treatments.

"In addition, there are reports of breakdowns in the social and family environment, as well as total isolation, submission and unconditional commitment to the leaders, disconnecting their loved ones from reality.
The affirmation of family or social breakdowns and of a "total confinement around PRK-1U is in total contradiction with the very foundations of Grigori Grabovoï's teachings and the use of this technology, which is aimed at full individual development and freedom of conscience.
At the heart of his teaching is the harmonisation of relationships, a central concept which aims precisely to strengthen the links with those around him, whether family, friends or society as a whole.
Grigori Grabovoï teaches that authentic personal development should never be achieved at the expense of others, but rather by strengthening mutual support and collective co-creation.
It also stresses the importance of autonomy in the practice of concentration.
Each user is free to develop their own methods, according to their needs and objectives, without dependence on a third party or external authority.
